Process


You can rest easily knowing that your goods are in our safe, secure, and continually monitored facilities which are supervised 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We inspect our warehouses regularly to ensure they meet standards for safety, security, and cleanliness.
Our buildings are clean, pest free, and well lit. Our facilities are fully insured, with a full inventory of your goods performed upon your move into storage.
All items are professionally packed and wrapped using quilted furniture pads. You will receive a copy of the inventory documents for your records, and these inventories will be expertly utilized by our personnel to track your belongings both on the move into and out of storage.
 
At our facility, we place all items on raised wood palettes and shrink wrap them in industrial strength plastic to ensure a private, clean and secure storage environment. Each palette is assigned a unique identification number, which is maintained in our computerized, secure storage database.
 
Billing is accurate and timely, fully computerized, and expertly handled by our team of Account Managers. Should you have any questions or concerns upon your move into storage or while your goods remain with us in storage, our staff will be pleased to assist you with courtesy and efficiency.
