We were recommended to White Glove Movers by Brian Goldstein, with S. Goldstein & Son.  We wanted to send you a note complimenting the team who moved my husband's office down 4 floors in our building a week ago.  We were incredibly impressed by the team captain and the other two movers working with him for the following reasons:

1.  They were extremely careful; nothing was broken or misplaced.
2.  They handled every aspect of the move in a professional and businesslike manner.
3.  The move captain took care of the business transaction in a timely and efficient manner.  I thought it was excellent that he sat down to review the terms of the move with my husband early in the move.  He then closed the transaction at a good time near the end of the move.  He did not leave the business aspect to the last minute, at the end of the move, when everyone is ready to move on to the next thing.
4.  The entire team was extremely polite to us as the client.  They communicated with us in a positive, conversant way.  I would even go so far as to say they were all charming.
5.  The team had a good attitude.  They were prompt and efficient.
6.  I had complete confidence in the team and your company, which I would describe as trust.
7.  The team knew what to do.  For example, they knew when and how to take a door off its hinges or to remove a table base.  They had the tools on hand and the expertise to take things apart and put them back together again.
8.  The time estimate was correct.

I would highly recommend the team who did our move and your company to anyone requiring move services.  Please feel free to have prospective customers call us.

This being my first time moving cross country, I can honestly say that I am beyond pleased with the experience.

Stephen and his team were absolutely phenomenal!!!!!  They were prompt, polite, efficient and extremely helpful.  The care they took with my families belongings was as if it were their own.  We had one casualty in the move…a 150+ lb. glass table top (by no fault of this team)  The empathy shown at the loss of the tabletop was appreciated.  Stephen provided the necessary information to me to file my claim.

They were also very tolerant of my barking dogs.  :)

If I ever plan to move again, I would definitely utilize White Glove Moving /Big Canoe and request Stephen if at all possible.

Dear Alex and Gaby,
We just wanted to write you a note to let you know how well the Florida move went. Julian called us this morning when close by and delivered all of our furniture, piano, cartons and our safe without incident. The group, Julian, Arsenio, William and Sam were curtious, hard working, and efficient. As you know the safe at that weight was a challenge, but they managed to get it in with no damage to it or the house. The rest went simply and we are more than satisfied with the job. 
On arrival, unlike other moves, Julian had all of our things staged in one area where we could check the inventory together in a timely and efficient manner. I will be sure to recommend him/you, to any friends contemplating long distance moves as we could not be happier.

This past Wednesday, December 26th, your movers Salah, Abdul and Flipo assisted me with moving my furniture from 230 Monroe St in Hoboken to a storage facility in West New York.  I just want to let you know what a wonderful job they did. They were on time, professional, efficient, gentle with my furniture (much of which was mirrored furniture) and polite.  It was truly a pleasure working with them and I will recommend your Company to all of my friends because of the quality of their service.

I may be requiring your company\'s service again in the near future and I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again.

Subject: Feedback on Movers

Hi Alex and Gaby,

Good customer service seems to be harder and harder to find these days which is why I like to acknowledge it when I see someone go above and beyond.  This is the third time I've hired White Glove Moving for a long distance move because I've always been impressed by their professionalism and commitment to good service.

On Thursday, Julian and Arsenio arrived at our new home in Greenville, SC.  It was a difficult move due to the layout of our building, but they never complained or let it slow them down.  Julian especially was professional and a leader.  He looked after the little details which sets White Glove Moving apart from other moving companies.  He went out of his way to make sure the bed skirt was on the box spring before they put down the mattress, made sure all furniture was tightened before leaving, made sure all furniture and boxes were placed where we wanted them, and did so with a smile.

In addition, I had a couple items that were damaged in the move.  He took photos of the damage and made sure that I had the information to report it properly to White Glove Moving.  To make up for it, he hauled away the boxes that I was able to empty and breakdown while they were bringing up all the furniture.

Before they left on Thursday, I asked Julian for your information so that his good service didn't go unrecognized.  Companies are only as good as their employees and you are lucky to have people like Julian and Arsenio working for White Glove Moving because they represent the company well.

Thanks again and we look forward to another future move with White Glove Moving.

They are really  good people, I got all my package safely .Their work is awasome and I was amazed by their service.
