Hello Frank and Alex,
I am sending this email to let you know about my moving experience with your company. I did not know anything about moving, but my son did not have a choice with the time of the job transfer. I gladly tackled this project for him. I really enjoyed talking with Frank the first time I talked with him. He was always nice. My husband and I had excellent service upon pick up with movers Daniel and his partner in Virginia as well as with Julian and Kelvin in Georgia. They did a fabulous job getting our furniture moved out and in. I especially liked the fact that that I could text Julian questions that helped me with needed information. For an example, I had no way of knowing how to get the moving van into the apartment complex . Therefore I had to arrange for the front office to meet the movers and show them how to enter and leave. By allowing me to text this information to Julian, he and I both knew about the situation and who he should ask for at the front gate. I also felt I did not distract him by texting this needed information to him. He always sent me a response as soon as he could. I also felt like I knew Julian a little bit which made me feel more comfortable having two men into the apartment. If I ever need a moving company in the future, I will give your company a call and recommend it as often as possible to friends and family.

We received our furniture delivery on Sunday. I must say it was a pleasure working with the guys, Julian, Kelvin, Uland, Jason. They would do anything you asked of them. They were polite, friendly, and very hard workers, I had a lot of heavy furniture - you never heard a word that it was too much. It was also very hot, and they kept smiling. Excellent, Excellent workers.

And I wanted to mention that Raffi (sp?) and team were absolutely fantastic - they were so helpful, positive, hardworking and went the extra mile when things went sideways! I had to leave before they were even finished, but my housekeeper said they were terrific and my parents (the most important of course :) ) kept saying how polite and helpful they were :)

I wanted to pass along some positive feedback after our move on 5/31/10. The crew showed up on time and worked very quickly and very hard to get the job done. Ali, the foremen, was the best! He was very professional and made the move much less stressful as a result of him being there. I would definitely recommend Ali and the rest of the crew to others.
Also, the salesperson (I believe his name was Ralph??) who came out to our house initially was great as well. He walked us through the whole process, provided suggestions and was the main reason why we chose White Glove as there were many companies to choose from. Thanks again!

I just wanted to share with you the positive experience I had with the moving crew, Julian, Ariel, and Carlos. With all the horror stories you hear and read about moving, I was pleasantly surprised. Julian kept in constant contact with my contact in Florida and then with me in N.C. so we knew exactly what was going on and what we could expect.
Julian really led his team and ensured everything was inventoried and customer could see and check off the items as they were delivered.
